איפה התבנית הזו כן מתועדת
יפן מבחינה בטבלת החומרים שלה בין קנאביס שיש לו צורת צמח — הצמח כולו, התפרחת והעלה — לבין קנאביס שאין לו צורת צמח. שתי השורות מופיעות בנפרד עם סימון שונה.

בריטניה לא שואלת על צורה אלא על הגדרה: אם המוצר עומד בהגדרה של תכשיר קנאביס לשימוש רפואי בבני אדם, הוא בלוח 2. אם הוא לא עומד בה ולא סווג בנפרד — הוא נופל ללוח 1, ואיתו אי אפשר להיכנס בלי רישיון שמיועד למחקר.
מה זה אומר מעשית
אל תניחו שהתשובה זהה למוצר שלכם ולמוצר של חבר. שם המוצר, ההרכב וצורת האריזה משנים את הסיווג — לפעמים בין "יש מסלול" לבין "אין".
וגם בכיוון ההפוך: אם היעד שלכם חסום לתפרחת, זה לא אומר אוטומטית שיש מסלול לשמן. צריך לבדוק את זה, לא להסיק.
