Poland: is there a medical cannabis permit, and how long?

Yes. Poland has an authority permit for bringing your own medicine from Israel, and there is also a local prescription route with a doctor in Poland. We ran the permit route ourselves in August 2026, from the application to entering Poland. For the permit, start 30 days or more before the flight.
Poland is one of the destinations where bringing your own medicine from Israel is a real option. The calendar matters more than the paperwork, so the earlier you start, the easier it is.
What we do for you
On the permit route we prepare the application, including the quantity calculations and the forms, and send it for you. There is one stage where files get stuck, around how the original document reaches you, and we plan for it from day one. The local route does not need the Israeli licence at all. Either way, we handle it to the end.
