A real question
Can a tourist buy medical cannabis in Germany?
In short
Not through the 2024 law: its growing clubs are only for people who live in Germany. What works for a visitor is the medical route, a prescription from a licensed German doctor online and a purchase at a pharmacy there. We did exactly that ourselves in Berlin in July 2026.
The confusion is understandable: Germany has two different laws, and most answers online mix them up. The 2024 law covers possession and clubs for residents. Medical cannabis runs on a different track entirely, and that one is open to you.
Why it is simpler with us
We ran this route ourselves, from the prescription to the purchase at a pharmacy in Berlin. We know where people trip up in the registration, prepare everything with you in advance, and stay with you until the prescription is in your hands. The medicine is bought in Germany and stays there, so there is nothing to carry through the airport.
You pay part to start, and the rest only once the prescription is in hand. Tell us when you are flying, and we will get started.
Want us to sort it out for you?
Tell us where and when you are travelling. We will tell you the route, what we need from you and how long it takes, and we take the rest off your hands. And if we find along the way that the route is closed, your fee comes back.
